Editorial policy

Every page on this site is written and checked by the Local SIM South Africa team at LuKas Holdings sp. z o.o., the company that runs the site and sells the eSIMs through its BaobabSIM store. Pages are credited to the company, never to an invented person.

The rules every page follows

  • Answer first. The direct answer sits in the opening lines; the detail follows. Headings carry the question a traveller actually asks.
  • Sources on the page. Network, airport, place, guide and comparison pages list their sources at the foot, the same list in every language.
  • Say only what is confirmed. A fact without a source is marked unconfirmed or left out. Plan features that the store does not confirm (hotspot, for example) are not claimed.
  • No advertising. No sponsored posts, no paid placement, no paid links. The site earns nothing from a click; it exists to answer questions and hand buyers to the store that sells the plans.
  • Plain words. No ranking claims, no urgency tricks, no invented reviews.

Corrections

Write to contact@localsimsouthafrica.com with the page address and the source that beats ours. Corrections get priority and the page’s “Checked on” date moves when the facts are re-read. How we check explains the checking itself.
